I'm an OSU fan and we sucked tonight. I'll make no excuses about it.

I do think it's time to take a look at the timing of the bowl games. It's just too long to ask a team to wait 51 days before their bowl game. Florida played two more games in that time span, but even they had to wait a full month, much too long in my opinion.

I mean, if you had the NBA playoffs, then the finals almost two months later, do you think the teams would still be in playing shape? Or if the Superbowl were two months after the playoffs ended. It's just too much time to ask people to sit around and wait for their next game, expecting them to play the way they did during the season.

I'd like that to change before even switching over to a tournament. Or they could just happen at the same time, and make everyone happy.

Again though, Florida was by far the better team tonight, and all the respect should go to them. I'm embarrassed by how tOSU played, but I won't run and hide, even after a beat down. That game made next year a whole heck of a lot more interesting.
