Yeech.

well they are roughly 8-9 dollars here a pack and I smoke 1 pack a day, but on weekends, when I party and such (which partying has become a daily ritual for the past 3 months) I smoke a lot more, y aknow what I mean, so that's roughly 240 - but still that's a lot of cash!

How the hell is a laser treatment supposed to make you stop smoking? Does someone come out and burn your ass when you light up?

Sounds kind of like some fancy acupuncture, apparently that works too for smoking, though the thought of being stabbed repeatedly with enough needles might be enough to convince anyone... or have their ass shot off with a laser

I posted this on another forum a few years ago or something (I was high, k?):

"C + C MUSIC FACTORY-gonna make you sweat (the album)

All righty. First up..."Gonna make you sweat". There's Martha. (I'm picturing Zelma!) Synth thingy, cool. Decent bass line and hey, that cowbell sure was 1337.

"Give me the music.......Everybody dance now." Nice intro. Enter Freedom Williams... quaint, but not bad for 15 years ago.

You go Martha honey! mm hmm.

Damn, this shit was well produced!

I should mention that I chose not to google any reviews for this because I didn't want to jade myself with 15 years of opinions. I apologize if I state the obvious, but if you haven't learned to cut me some slack by now you never will. Asses.

A quick check of the back cover reveals ROCK + SOUL + FUNK + TECHNO = C + C MUSIC FACTORY. (I think I'm hearing HOUSE too) Bravo producers Cole and Clivilles.

Track 2-"Here we go, let's rock & roll", and holding strong. Distorted guitar opening which I appreciates. More (cowbell?). Good, I like it. Breakbeat, I like that too. And it appears li'l Zelma is singing f'rill this time... not bad. More Freedom W which is still just quaint, but I can live with it. This time he's got his posse with him which actually helps. "You want this party started, right?" Hells yeah...fun enough.

Track 3-"Things that make you go hmmm..." Did Dee-Lite hear this? Who came first? Super funky stuff including sax riff.

Track 4-"Just a touch of love". Things are changing up a bit now. Nice keyboards(?). This seems like a little nod to disco. Not bad, but Zelma's vocals are wearing on me a little.

Track 5-"A groove of love". This has a spaced out opening and then...BAM!....nice chubby bassline. More rapping, but this time a little harder, less cheesy. Fat breakbeat. The vocals are running all over the sound stage which me likes. Hey, is this Hip Hop? Remember, I'm ignernt about music production. Finishes up with the same trippy melody as in the beginning. This is very good. This is not dated, except maybe the rap, but give 'em a break.

Track 6-"Live happy". Zelma opens with the Diva thang. I'm not in love with it, but this could just be my mood at the moment, it's not horrible. I think this is discoey house. Not bad, but not my usual thing.

Track 7-"Oooh baby". Broke the beat up again, simpler this time. Somebody got into the ganja. This is more chill than the others. I don't know how to describe it, but I like it.

Track 8-"Let's get funkee". Acapella opening that could easily be Zap Mama. Funk and Soul? Hell, I don't know. This little exercise might have been filler, but it's not too bad...for filler.

Track 9-"Givin' it to you". Crooning, scratching, I don't know what this is. A little help over here please. I'll just say that it doesn't sound 15 years old.

Track 10-"Bang that beat". This is the last track listed. Funked up start. They're getting a lot of mileage out of the cowbell thingy, but I still like it. More sax, which is a plus in this case. The beat which is being banged is solid. Freedom rapping again. Nice chic vocals. Oh!...they slipped in some harmonica. Decent.

Track 11. This isn't exactly a hidden track because it starts 3 or 4 seconds after 10, but it's not listed/titled. The real story with this tune is that it could have easily been produced very recently, IMO. It's more rave/techno/clubby than the other cuts. I think that a good DJ could work this into a funky house set this weekend and most people wouldn't know who it was, or how old. My guess is that it was ahead of its time in a fairly significant way. Maybe one of you musical brainiacs will correct me."
