I never said that I do it every day. At most, I'll do it like 1-2 times a month, and I make sure to not go over the unrecommended amount.

There are some pretty f'ed up trip reports about using Coricidin (women becoming infertile, long term mental effects, death). Read some. Then...please find another source of DXM.

What would you suggest as being the least damaging, and least disgusting (I can't even take cough syrup for normal use without it making me sick).
