An anime themed restaurant where they serve you in french maid outfits. Whoever designed the restaruant paid attention to every detail. Food is really good and cheap.

Susur is arguably the best chef in Toronto.

i know where im going...im going to Rosa's Place, on finch and 400...its 50$ a person with a 3 course meal, wine, and they have a pianist...the place looks great and its perfect...North York though

I have been to Rosa's many times...great home style Italian food...great service!
