ps, yes , mcdonadl's is the devil. BK isn't really much better. i was eating fast food (to include subway because i always added shittons of mayonnaise) for too long while i was TDY and living in hotels. ever since i moved into my house, i've had fast food like...2x maybe?

i watched that movie and it was the reason i stopped eating it. not because i had new information but i figured if he had these symptoms what would happen if i quit eating it. so i did and i dotn regret it.

i thought he meant just a general pain.

i'm on twice the normal daily dose of nexium, so believe me, i know the feeling.

besides, heartburn is much more in the neck/throat.

mine is more in the chest than throat. it fucking kills me. i havent had health benefits for 3 months now so i havent been able to go and get it taken care of. soon ill have benefits though. it will be nice.
