I had an Asian soup that had some sort of boiled bird's nest in it. It was suprisingly delicious. As was haggis.

I don't really find anything that you guys have mentioned weird.
I'm one to try anything at least twice (first time could have been a bad experience).
I love escargot, callamari, deep fried seaweed, frogs legs, shark, swordfish, etc.
