People are usually afraid of dying when they feel like they haven't done enough in their life, or if they aren't comfortable with the choices they've made, etc.

Living a life you love, a life you are content with, would mean that you aren't in a race against time to correct wrong doings or regrets..and thus aren't afraid of death.
