Steven and I were out in the bars on the sea front here last season after a sox/yanks game got rained out, so we were in out respective team gear, and some singer interrupted his set to ask, "How the hell did the Red Sox Girl end up with the Yankee dude?". It was fleet week so any sailor in a 5 mile radius turned up flashing his Red Sox tatoo asking why was I with that mug with the Yankee shirt. I really didn't have an answer other than he's kinda cute and we got married.
