How the hell did you get 3 major violations before the highway exit? Are you one of those people who coasts at 60 on the ramp, merges at 60 without signalling (or signals late and leaves the blinker on for an hour), then taps the brakes every 10 seconds for no apparent reason, except when directly behind another car?

Or did you hit 3 pedestrians on the way?

nah man. sometimes that shit just happens. you could have been nervous or just having a bad day. come on we all sooner or later develop bad driving habits or become such AGRESSIVE drivers.

I hate to sound harsh but blasting through a school zone WITH FLASHING LIGHTS is reason enough for my concern to be high enough to say a fail was almost inevitable here.
These tests are designed to prevent as many bad drivers as possible from being on the road and possibly hurting someone. If you can't even fake that you're a good driver for 30 minutes how is the rest of society supposed to have confidence in your ability the rest of the time? These tests should show off your talents not display your lack of them. You likely need more instruction to gain confidence and experience behind the wheel so examiners don't intimidate you.

Sorry to hear you failed but it's likely for the best for now. Half the people on the roads these days scare me, but at least I know some of the worse ones were weeded out until they could at least prove they knew how to drive (even if they don't use that knowledge later at least I know they have it stored up there somewhere).

btw: the comments about merging at 60 versus 120 km/h... 60 is the legal minimum on the 400 series highways so that is not actually a violation, merging at 120 is breaking the speed limit/law so that is a violation. always better to merge at 60 than at even 105 km/h for a test.
The full stop at a stop sign should have been the easiest part of your test.
