speaking of dumb, this is the dumbest thing ive ever heard. kramer for one is one of the funniet characters in comedy, ever and this is firstly because of the things he says and the way he acts and then wat makes it better is his voices and the weird shit he does.

u cant be as popular as he is with only the latter, same goes for all popular comedies
