I would freak out if someone stole my phone, but threatening the person won't help. What if he/she reads TA and sees this?! Then he will be too afraid to return it!

Perhaps if you are solely using your phone as a phone. However it's a good idea with all the pictures, videos (homemade pr0n), private contacts, synchronized Outlook calendar meetings and events (work and non-work related).
