Use them in English, so you can get used to them. For example... you can write the roots of English words using kanji:
私・好ke・女子s・着'ing・sweaters
(I like girls wearing sweaters)
Sure, it looks clumsy in the beginning, but that's a way of memorising all those kanjis even in English Works for me (in Portuguese)
