where are you getting your info, i just check google news and there is nothing on there about paris driving after her jail sentence was handed down.
And YES, 45 days for driving on a suspended license is excessive. Think about this, when she was arrested for DWI, she didn't receive any jail, just probation, com serv, and a fine. And no one can argue that a DWI isn't more dangerous. For those who say that she was suspended because of the DWI so it's justified, that misses the point, because she is being put in jail for driving on a suspended not a DWI.
i think the penalty in NJ is either 1 or 2 years additional suspension. No jail. I could be wrong about that.
