I think that what you call bad music is matter of opinion. I dont really get the whole idea of a Producer "selling out". It's also silly to assume that every producer who makes a commercial hit did it for the money. They may very well like and believe in what they are creating.

Production is art, just like acting. Actors do not always play the same character over and over again, they try new and different things. Does a producer have to make underground music that isnt a hit to have credibility. I would hope not.

I know nothing about production so this is just my opinion. I am also not offended by popular music. Except that TV Rock song with that weird guy singing

ok...well as an independent american i have some feedback. to be honest i never even considered aussies (love the women though) as great edm producers/dj's...but (and if anyone is familiar w/djmixes2k.com) that me and a BUNCH of my friends thought, that the '03? set by Jono Fernandez (JJJ), was pure brilliance, was fuckin beautiful w/Ivan Gough & Colin Snape..."I Don't Believe Anymore"... but the whole set was amazing...now i don't know what u guys say, but that set wat BEEEUUUtiful...i mean Chable & Bonniccie- Ride... amazing...in other words...Aussie's are awesome!
