When i was about 7 i would make greeting cards on publisher, print them off then go up and down the street selling them for 10p each but we said all the money was for charity.

We would make about £2.00 a time and wait for the ice cream man to come.

We were probably making £5 a week...until Dad began to wonder where his brand new ink cartridge had gone

That's different though, with a slot machine you sort of half-expect it.

One thing i found out playing poker is that the ammount doesn't really matter, because money has completely different value to different people. I played with people who'd just throw in 20 dollar bets on crappy hands and re-bought a douzen times. I quintupled my 10$ buy in and I felt like I'd won the lottery.

Well, during my high school years, I always brought lunch. So, one day my friends ask me if I can buy them plate lunches and I say sure why not (not everyday). Plate lunch goes for about 2.25, Fried rice w/eggs and bacon. I charge them about 4 bucks and they also gave me 1-2 dollar tip. This has been going on from freshmen year to senior year. Let's just say I didn't needed a job during high school :-).
