hahah i have a black girlfriend who is funny as fuck. she's like the life of the party type, she makes me look like a wall flower.

she was talking about her new job and she was like, "oh yea i started a trend, they've hired 2 more black chicks since i started there. i told them straight up on the interview why they should hire me..."

she then went on to explain that not only is she qualified (BS in advertising and 3+ years work experience as an art director) but she meets their quota for hiring minorities.
