Dominik was the king of DARKcore... and yes i do think he still around. Those youtube vids were great. Only the true old school remebers the true HHC in the early 90's.

Yeah, I remember some of his older stuff was "Happy" I think he had a couple of mix tapes called "High Sessions" I used to buy them at a store called Xtatic It was at Queen and John. If anyone has those I will pay for a copy!

imo the best Hardcore promoters in TO for commercial parties are Nocturnal Commissions and Goodfellaz. There's also a lot of hardcore at the outlaws now too. In fact there will be some this weekend at an outdoor rave
As far as venues they differ but generally include the Big Bop, Funhaus, and the Docks (more recently Vida too). And actually, I've heard HHC being played at Darkrave before but it's kinda rare.
I go to hardcore/HHC parties all the time and anyone is welcome to come with me Don't be shy, I'm super friendly too. And no, I won't hump your leg (unless you want me to hee hee).
