a hurting 20 year old banging a 15 year old is nothing more than that: hurting. to label him a pedophile is criminal imo. now the guy is labelled as a sex offender the rest of his life? totally wrong an unjust. it wasn't long ago that women of 15 were being married away by there famillies to men much older than 20. pervs who prey on children should have their nuts chopped off, but that dateline show and the justice system often target and ruin the lives of the wrong people.

god bless america.

Certain states you can tried as an adult at the age of 12 for murder, yet they can't vote or have intercourse (though they shouldn't really have sex at that age, it does happen)

One thing I can't believe people still haven't learnt their lesson with this show, still keeps going on.

More importantly, you can serve in the military at the age of 18, but cant come back after a tour of duty and have a drink in the bar til the age of 21. So you are mature enough to witness war, but not have a beer. now THATS some shit.

It's not entirely commercial gain. While the show may be a bit sensationalist, it does serve a purpose, in that it reminds people that there are consequences for their actions. Who knows? Maybe this show will dissuade others in the future on acting on impulse?
