Pushing a jar full of rats against your face, then heating the closed end of the jar with a blowtorch. That way, rats would have to eat their way out through your face. Tastey.
Some of the ones I can think of are actually real.
During WWII the Japs used to torture the Chinese by forcing them to drink water until they could drink no more. Then the Japs would jump on top of them forcing their bladders to burst.
How about getting you skull crushed on a street curb like in 'American History X' ? Forcing someone to put their mouth on the curb and then the guy would stomp on the person's head , splitting his whole head on the concrete.
