I can't say anything about 30, but Dubfire's 31 was utter bullshit (yes, UTTER!) and Freeland's 32 was class. Specially CD1 which is banging all the way through.

I haven't heard all of GU mix-comps, but with 007, 009, 013, 024 and 030 you can't be dissapointed.
