well, that depends. are the Baby, child, adult, elderly etc being a cvnt?

im not saying we draw blood or anything but children are simple creatures, not dissimilar to animals. and they respond to negative re-inforcement, including physical. i dont buy the nonsense of teaching your kids that violence is ok.

i used to get the odd whack from a wooden spoon and i was a better child for it.

Time outs don't work...the kids i see talking back to their parents..man.If i did that shit id catch a beating like you would not believe. Sure it made me an overall shitty person, but now my head is as hard as a football helmet and i can take a punch. what the hell ? that's like taking the argument to the extreme. All alcohol consumers are alcoholics, all cigarette smokers have cancer and so on. People who slap their children occasionally are not known to be wife beaters. There are times when kids deserve a slap. And no, hitting them once in a while is not abuse.
