I am white. He was being referred to internally as "ghetto dude". Is this a term of flattery/endorsement that I'm not aware of? Had he received any response from the office until the email which wasn't even intended for him? Is "Ghetto Dude" how one would refer to somebody who they are considering hiring? Doesn't sound like it to me.
