Depends a lot on where abouts u live. It's not so bad in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. But really, by international standards in US, and much of Europe it's not huge here.
We're more of a pubbing country I think, not so mcuh a trance nation. Our scene tends to be separate in a lot of ways, I mean a lot of ppl will mention names to you like Nick Skitz etc. etc. in the mainstream. The real good stuff, like Chable and Skydive a lot of ppl won't know.
but again, it depends what city ur in.
