Sounds like youre on steroids. 23 lbs of lean mass would mean you gained something like 35-40 lbs all together in 3 months

You got me I did cheat for about 2 months. I stacked a little with Deca and Anadrol but stopped because of a sharp pain next to my lower right region of my stomach. I didn't bother going to a doctor b/c I was embarassed and did not want to hear the "what were you thinking speech". I've stopped completely but continue with a combination of your diet(5 - protein shake), the Hercules diet and consuming a lot of fruits and vegetables.
