How is one so stupid as to pay anything near this for a cut, wash and or style? I mean Id poay that if I was getting an huge big up-do done for something.. but for an everyday trip to the dresser.. um no.

actually i find it to be quite the opposite. when it mixes with water it creates a thicker stickier substance, similar to mixing flour and water... making it a bit difficult to rinse out of hair.

or so i've heard.

Take cold water to it first. Or take a wet clothes, rub from root to tip, and then take a spare comb if you desire and try to "comb" it out. then wash.

To begin with I'm far from stupid. Also,I live in Manhattan and everything is that much more expensive plus its to relax, wash, trim and style my hair every five weeks. Finding a good stylist that can do black hair is hard so I'm not leaving her.

i got cheap-to-decent priced cuts all my life 'till a few years back. i always looked like shit.

so i kept it long. for a good while. then, in feb, i was like... holy shit, it's long... and the heat... i can't stand it... and i went to an expensive place.
