If you listen to the "cool stuff" that comes with FL, most of the tracks don't appear to very professional.

Why would they include demo tracks which don't really bring out the best in the software ?

Because all the tracks that come with FL, are specially done to run smooth and clean in any system, that's why you will see rendered vocoder tracks, etc. Also all tracks are done with FL bundled Synths&Sounds, wich are pretty awful, but for EDM though.

errr.... I think the point needs to be made that the top producers and "stars" (Kanye West/BT etc) will probably not put a thing out for commercial release without the final mix and mastering being done on a far higher level system (pro-tools rig etc.)These guys may use FL as a notepad but I can't believe the tracks are composed and put out for commercial release just from FL alone.

Having said that, listen to the demo song in FL: Blake - Holding On. Breaks de'Fromage but still very well produced. He does admit though that several elements were produced outside of FL.

Whirloop uses Fruity, has an album and a ton of releases, great and original production skills.
