I more or less feel the same way. When I just woke up I feel a bit dizzy and anything I put in my mouth makes me wanna puke. Takes me about 60-90 minutes and then I start to get hungry, so I took a habit of waking up an hour earlier than I really have to and going to bed on an empty stomach. Breakfast really is the most awesome meal of the day if you're hungry enough to appreciate it. Plus it has a huge impact on my mental state for the rest of the day when I have a nice breakfast.

Water in cereal is a bad idea. I accidently put water in my cereal while really drunk and took one spoonful and almost vomited. Milk in the cereal or bust.
