Sasha and Spooky were on point last night, I am very glad my friends and me came down for this.

Nothing but jumpin tracks laid down by the best DJ alive, I honestly did not stop moving from when he came on until we left.

zomg still awake not ftw bblzzzzz

No Doubt.

Last night was a great great night. I think Webster Hall is a wicked venue, and now that they've put the new sound system in, it's going to start to be the place to be. There's nothing like the feel of an old theatre. Wide open space, huge ceiling... so much character.

Beats that jail cell pacha any day of the week... And such a better location in New York...
bring more DJs to Webster Hall, such a great experience...

Back to bed. Trentemøller + K-Swing tonight...

agree. the sound system there was not as bad as everyone said it would be. sasha laid down a very good set. spooky came on after sasha, but honestly i was so exhausted from sasha, had to call it quits like 4-5 songs into the spooky set. where was DJ 3?

Did they really change the system? I like the place, but the last time I was there my ears were in physical PAIN. thats saying something, considering I am at some sort of club a minimum of twice a month.

Is it worth the 3 hour drive to Miami for this? Is Sasha's set really that good? Is he still playing banging techno like in SAn Fran?

Sasha brought it.

i dunno what u guys were on but the system there is awful. my ears are ringing thats a bad sign as it is. there was no mid range at all, just highs and lows, terrible. webster hall blowsss as a venue.. we waited over an hour to get in (which was total bullshit considering there wasn't that big of a line) and being charged a whoppign 40 bux for reduced. def wont be goign back there again, but music wise..definitely on point. came in just when three was ending his set, he had a real nice groove going right before sasha went on. sasha was relentless..definitely was feeling his set. played alot of the usual suspect tracks hes been dropping in his recent sets and a buncha crazy dark techy ID's. he def was the man of the night. spooky came on and i thought there flow of there set was all over the place. definitley weren't consistant one bit. i respect them as producers, no doubt but not the best technical djs. we left around 5:50.

some trainspots:

three:
radioslave - clap dance

sasha:
john digweed & nick muir - gridlock
c.o.m.a
park it in the shade
davis & may - neotron
the field - over the ice
adam freeland - silverlake pills (gui boratto remix)
dave gahan - kingdom (booka shade vocal mix)
valentino kanzyani - simple things do work
pryda - murani

spooky:
new light
mobbing - open legs
thom yorke - eraser (stretch & vern edit)

what time did spooky go on??

had to leave early as i had an appt today at noon.

Sasha was WICKED holy fuk!

Dj Three opened up perfect! Progressed very very nicely and towards the end was playing some sweet tracks.

Only complaint I have is the coat check in. Thankfully I ended up behind GHB and BoS. Such sweethearts! Haven't seen them since the Brewery my first time VISITING NY! hrhr.

So HAPPY I got to see Sasha, even for a little. His style is awesome.

Webster Hall sound was better than ever. Sot you should have heard it the night of Cosmic and JooF. Nothing BUT HIGHS!

I personally think the sound was too low but maybe its cuz I spent the whole time upstairs. [A/C plus a place to sit/stand and i had perfect sight off zee Sasha]

WTF IS UP WITH THOSE LIGHTS!???????????!!!!

Every time I've gone to Webster It's been a different set up. The lights behind Sasha pwned and the placement was perfect. LOVED IT!

Oh and I fuking hate raver ppl with glow sticks on strings. Not used to seeing that shit since like 2003 when Miami stopped all the fuking non sense. This bitch doing her coooool omg "figure 8" in super hyper speed mode let one go and it flew from the top all the way across the other room and prob knocked someone in the head downstairs.
