Yea I've got some ice on it now and I've cracked open the anti-inflammatories.

Great news though, the swelling is getting worse.

When you say 'caving in on itself' Mikey, are you describing a feeling of instability? Like the knee is just ready to give out from underneath you?

Sort of. Because it's so swollen under my knee, when I walk, my knee cap pushes hard against the swelling, thus making it feel like my knee cap is about to disappear inside my leg. It's a hard to describe, but it makes me wince.

Even better news is that I'm delivering a 30 minute presentation tomorrow at work, which will require me to be standing up if to be taken seriously at all.

No worries though. I'm hard.
