This will get interesting now.

I doubt the AFL could have much of a legal leg to stadn on if they were to de-register him if charges have been dropped (retraint of trade imo) - therefore if he wants to play on he probably will go into the draft. His manager almost convinced him to try and trade to Melbourne (St Kilda apparently) up until only a couple of weeks ago to get him out of WA but West Coast said he was required...
