Correct, you'll need another program to burn the tracks that sound studio makes.

You CAN use iTunes to do that, just create a playlist and drag the files onto that and click burn... well, you also have to make sure that in iTunes preferences that you set the space between tracks for burning to 0, or you'll get gaps.

I use Roxio Toast to do the actual burning, but of course it's not a free application. There might be something else out there you can use.

on itunes you can also make it a gapless album.. so when listening to it there will be no gaps between tracks and it will burn with no gaps also...
just use any burning program..
If you have bootcamp or parallels or VMWare Fusion just burn it with a windows program ie Nero. windows media player will even do it.

PS. are you happy with your mac? just curious how it is treating you generally.

Hey so i ended up figuring out how to work the two programs and it is actually pretty simple. Im marking the breaks on sound studio and exporting the tracks into a folder as an mp3 and burning them on Itunes. I NOW HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM! Not that the CD is pausing when it changes between the two tracks but it is actually skipping. Its set to no gaps but everytime the track changes it kinda skips a beat and is not a smooth transition. Sorry to be a bit of a perfectionist but its really pissing me off lol. But I am enjoying the mac overall and love workin with it!

iTunes -> Preferences-> Advanced -> Burning

Set "gap between songs" to none.

have you set it to a gapless album.
Select all tracks -> rightclick and "Get Info" -> bottom right "Gapless Album"

then burn it along with the above settings.

It has worked for me..
also what are you playing the cd through?
