It makes sense, but I think its kinda rude towards PvD.
He was the #1 DJ in the world (according the poll) and bringing him to a radio station that doesn't know anything about it (except for what they read on MySpace/Wikipedia and the one or two songs they've heard) seems like a slap in the face.
At least if he were on Energy or 246 they would actual have some kind of idea who he is and appreciate him for him music.
I was referring to a TA Radio show, on the radio :P
Like other threads have discussed its probably to difficult to have a mainstream EDM radio station since the genre is very diverse and stuff like that.
Ah well, back to the iPod or Sirius!

z103.5 = exposure = ticket sales

They had played "We are alive" a few times in the past and "Nothing but you" I think as well.
As for being rude to PvD, it's not being rude. He's on a really popular station in town, it'll just be funny to see how they react. As for how PvD will react if he thinks it's not cool to be on the station he won't next time. Last time I heard him on a radio show in TO it was off 89.5 I think, have 45 min of it recorded on tape.

haha this thread reminds me of a story I have from a few years ago whilst having lunch at Harvey's! lol
Some dickface was eating his food behind me when his moron buddy showed up screaming and yelling about how good the tunes were that we was listening to.

I'd say when most of us are 'annoyed' at the z103 thing, we're just annoyed at the type of crowd it attracts (and possibly also) just how those people act when getting into the scene. It's almost as though it's a certain kind of arrogance that "I'm the coolest" look at me listening to this 'the best' type of music which is a HUGE irony when put in contrast to some of the people in our scene (and in this thread? Uh oh.) who don't want the music to have a bit more exposure. my 2 cents.
