When I was working in kitchens making pizza I would easily drink 6 cans or more every day. Once Redbull became available I was able to cut back to 2 Redbulls per day/shift and stopped drinking pop for the most part, drank lots of juice instead.

I drink a lot of water and orange juice every day and probably 4-5 glasses of milk per week. I love my diet coke and the odd regular coke on occasion but I probably have 2-3 591 ml bottles per week on average, sometimes more or less.

Diet pop isn't supposed to be any healthier than regular coke pop anyway though since aspartame is apparently a major cancer causer or so I've heard....

Factor all that in with the fact that I drink tea and coffee a few times a week and drink to excess at least once a week. I sure piss a lot.

Hmm well basically i hate anything with caffeine in it, refuse to drink it. For some reason it makes my heart race and there's nothing i dislike more than feeling dizzy from excess caffeine. So i cut out the cokes, coffees, teas. Don't even drink decaf. Most of the pops got cut out, and I didn't see any reason to keep drinking any of them. The sugars inside are gross and I hate the lights because they just don't taste the same to me

As for mixing drinks, again, no pops in there. I'm all about the vodka-cranberries! Only 64 calories from the vodka and cranberry juice is excellent for you
