Blue notes = kick, green = bassline
Make sure amp velocity is at max in ur synth, and some on the filter is needed too. This is the bassline from the original mix of pressure and sounds great.

So there have been a few examples of Ferry and AvB style "bubbly" basslines. How do you do a thick G&D style of rolling bassline, something more for the proggy sound?

My personal favorite "rolling" bass is:

k---k---k---k---
-xXx-Xxx-xXx-xxX
Capital is one octive higher

for a harder sound, use the following notes:

x - C (or any note)
Y - C# (or any note one higher)

-xXx-Xxx-xXx-yyY

Keep em comming

few random more:

The tripple oompa, as I call it:
k---k---k---k---
-x-x--x--x-x--x-

or, octaved:
k---k---k---k---
-xyx-yxy-xyx-yxy
y is one octave lower

Also:
k---k---k---k---
-yxx-yxx-yxx-yxx

or
k---k---k---k---
yyxxyyxxyyxxyyxx
though that can be muddy
