timbaland is way over-rated. hes produced a couple of nice tunes but overall his stuff is just too disposable for me. and he absolutely raped duran durans sound on their new album

seriously, i am well up to here with all this bollocks that can be seen on every blog, 80 youtube posts and countless forums about timbaland and his ripoff's. Timbaland samples/steals/ripoff/whatever you want to call it, get over it.

Will.I.Am recently said this in in a small interview for swedish tv. NOTHING IS ORIGINAL, from music to clothes to food, it's just how you spin things to make it yours.

Everyone samples, most of them without crediting the sample, get over it.

edit, hiphop producers isn't the worst at this, it's house producers, especially the discohouseproducers that has used that riff from change's the glow of love for half of their catalogue.
