Cube green pepper, jalapeño pepper, and add to chop blacked olives. Add a small amount of freshly shredded ginger.
I usually refrigerate in a sealed container.
Add mixture to 1 can tomato paste and half a can of tomato sauce. Heat this new mixture at low medium for 10 minutes. Add mixture to bread crumbs until you get a spread-like consistency.
Butterfly a chicken breast and brush the outside with oil. You can cook it with any method, i usually choose a bake though panfry works well in a pinch.
When the breast is nearing completion, remove it and coat the insides of it with the spread mixture. I usually add cheese at this point which you'll undoubtedly skip. This recipe works great with a bit of freshly shredded mozzarella. Finish cooking the chicken to taste and add to thinly sliced Italian bread. Toast to completion with a light oil and garlic application to outsides of bread.
Sandwich can be a little dry, but i recommend a cold dose of tomato sauce, lettuce and any remaining pepper/olive mix (applied after the toast)over the chicken as well. There is also a sweeter hot pepper that replaces the jalapeño well but the name escapes me.

Sounds awesome, albeit a lot of effort required for a sandwich.

This thread has made me realize that I'm completely incapable of creating a sandwich that doesn't involve cheese or mayo.

Aye, usually prep a batch of the spread (sans breadcrumbs) and use on sandwiches, pasta, salads, and such until its gone. I'm a lot more healthy of an eater if i prep shit making it easier to throw stuff together later on.
