Well, the US at $13 trillion in GDP can pretty much weather the storm of perhaps a 3rd world war or other apocalyptic event. Also, I am a gold/silver whore, so I'm prepared for any financial crisis whatever it may be. If the dollar collapses, gold/silver will skyrocket in value, I'll become an instant millionaire at the dollar's fall.
