i think it was frenchie that said it looked juvenile (sp?) and i have to agree with her. When i was in hair school alot of the 18 yr old flaming gay guys in my school would get the lip rings and it just looks like you're trying too hard to make a statement. tattoos are different, especially if you've been thinking about it for years and it's not impulsive, at that point, it doesn't much matter if everyone thinks it looks like shit, as long as it's meaningful for you, but i can't imagine justifying the lip ring as 'meaningful'. do you pick up what i'm putting down?

ps- i already have a tattoo on my arm that says "MEDICINE HAT 4EVA PLUS 4 YEARS" does that count?
