Good news is: I've identified this barely-used stall on campus, and it's cleaned regularly, which is GREAT. Been using it for the past couple months.
Fuck yea! Can't wait to take a shit in that stall tomorrow. That stall has my name written ALL over it!

But I've never once mentioned that it bothers me in any way. Only my other roommate has mentioned it, leaving a note etc. I literally act like I don't care. If anything, she's tooling her own "friend", even if she thinks it's me.
