Ive been to Cancun this summer.
1. La boom is no more after the hurricane
2. Ultra lounge - hauz music there, but very small and generic place but still good considering that it is connected to daddyo where you can watch some wet t-shirt contests etc.
3. The city - go on friday. Rap in the beginning but then turns to hauz and electro. That place is fucking sick. Amazing club.
4. Nectar - best afterhours place. Sick beats.

I stayed in that resort during spring break 2002 lol, its decent.

I just checked the weather network and its supposed to rain from Wednesday to Saturday

one thing i learned is that the weather report is mostly bullshit, it rarely rains at the beach... maybe someone who knows more about this phenomenon could explain it to us...

the clouds and rain are always inland and rarely come to the beach.

look at this pic, the thin white line is the beach and the clouds are not above but behind inland.
