well i havent and wont attempt to sell it or distro it...so i doubt they will care much...legally yes they probably could hit me with a cease and desist but thats not likely to happen since they probably see it as tons of exposure for their band to an entirely different market.

its a real gray area and very interesting. ive written countless papers on this in school (music business degree) and since there really has been no precedent set it could go either way.
