I have some great memories from JOOF that morning also - i remember watching him try to mix in Universal Nation about 3 times, but the stylus kept slipping – when he finally got it though Vodafone erupted lol.
that was the godskitchen before when j00f played after ornadel (who was backed by renaissance and classed as a prog dj at the time)....that was one hell of a set that night...it was on abc's - god is a dj doco.
joof was at his peak at that time imo...when he was playing dave clarkes remix of god is a dj and shite
jolz -yep i got re-incarnated as another buddha last week.
sara - once prog was kewl and it was glamour and it looked like elektro house and i was underage so it looked like even more glamour to me lol

wrong..he played the astral projection remix all the time...that vodafone event was 2001..his set the following year was nothing special...his qbh set along with his gk 2001 and tribes 2001 sets are his best ever in oz

and then once upon a time they started a night at Room (republic?? from memory) sean quinn almost single handedly killed prog and himself for good.
J00f imo played the best set i've ever heard him play at Two tribes 2002/2003 (the one with tiesto, fergie picotto etc in the same room)....I remember when he dropped cafe del mar j00f remix... by far as one of his best remixes of that style....he played some seriously deep tunes that night....
