Nostalgic, Why do you need to lose 10lbs? I wouldnt say losing 5lbs a week is healhty.
Ive mustve said this a thousand times..."Dont aim for weight loss, instead shoot for gaining muscle and dropping body fat".
With that said you might not lose any weight but you will be fitting into your clothes better.
But since your concern is to lose 5lbs a week then I suggest you do 30-40 minutes of intense cardio twice a day, first thing in the morning, and before you go to bed on an empty stomach with heart rate 75-85% of its max.
Consume low glycemic carbs (Google for low glycemic carbs) throughout the morning and after noon. Up your Lean protein intake. Engineerd foods like protein shakes and bars will ensure your intaking a low caloric, low fat, moderate card and high protein.
Also theres thermogenics and diuretics like redline, rev hardcore and xenadrine. They will boost your metabolism and give you energy.
