These are weekly events at Ikon in Newcastle mate

I've been a couple of times (once to try it out and other occasions when I had to go to please someone else). Frightening but funny experiences. On one occasion they had sniffer dogs. Scary looking things The police are round there every 5 minutes, and every time I've been I've been threatened. According to a mate (not sure if this is true) they sometimes have sniffer dogs AND metal detectors. The police are cracking down on them hard. A few people have been killed there this year I think.


There is a bar in Newcastle which is a shit-tip. It's called Bubbles, in the Bigg Market. Walk down some cobbled back alley, walk downstairs, and it's a long, grungy, underground cellar of a pub, about 5 foot wide and a ceiling 6 foot high (that's at it's highest point, it's arched). Holes are in the walls and fungus is developing. When I went to the toilet there was half a door for the cubicle. I shit you not. When you turn the hot tap the whole tap turns! Once we were at the back when this lad came and pissed in the corner of the bar. That corner was starting to fill up with pools of piss and vomit and god knows what else.

Next time you're in Newcastle, look for a place called Bubbles

HA HA HA. In hartlepool the clubbing age varies from about 12 year olds to about 25 year olds, all looking for the same thing, sex and fights. Those cheesy children bouncing about to ian van dahl and that, ahhh, Fuckin minging !
