It's not that I dislike it, but life's short and money's even shorter so I haven't yet gone on a big spending spree to find out the best it has to offer. There are too many unexplored genres- most drum 'n bass is still a mystery to me, likewise IDM and dubstep, while I'd need to do some serious revision to pass a trip-hop exam.
Wow RJT! I'm really excited to download this and check it out. All the mixes I've heard from you are really well thought out and have incredible flow. I'm still regularly listening to your last promo Sounds Like Robots.
I had the privilege of hearing that Tenaglia remix @ WMC. It's a fucking bomb for sure.

This mix was pretty good, you know what i didnt like (:P) but the rest was very enjoyable to listen to. Some of the edits were cool in the way they helped set up other things. The flow wasn't 100% spot on to me, but it was an entertaining set, which trumps those sets that have perfect flow but no high points or sizzle. Was kinda cool to listen to lick my deck again after all this time.
ps..michael j fox, mr t, dave dresden and my penis.
Awesome. Just remember to keep it bunless - Dave is watching his weight
Thanks for the thoughts Jay - always appreciated.
And one other little note - this set was kind of me trying to prove something to myself. I'm starting a show for Frisky this summer and just wanted to see if I was capable of coming up with something entertaining by just opening the CD case and just giving it a go for an hour. I'd like to try to do as much of the show as possible on decks and not in Ableton, so meh - it was an experiment.
