How to Cook Fresh Baby Corn
I bought some lovely baby corn at the farmer's market yesterday. I've never prepared it before. Any good suggestions?
Thanks so much in advance!

I microwaved it in-husk for about 30 seconds. Then I let it sit for a minute to let the heat penetrate. It was fantastic. I only bought one though just to try it out. I plan to buy much more next time I see it.

I'll have to try this next time. I tried to husk it first, and broke nearly every cob!

Soak it in husk for an hour then put it on the grill. Or , don't even cook it, take the kernals off of the cob and mix with chopped peppers and onions

You don't eat the cob? Isn't that like Tom Hanks in 'Big" eating just the kernels from a baby corn? The whole thing is tender. I would just chop the whole thing up with peppers and onions.
