Lol, personal trainers and their know it all egos. My advice worked very well for me, and no way in hell doing 2 sessions a week of cardio for only 15 minutes is gonna have your abs showing (except for HIIT). Train your abs all u want, but w/o lots of cardio to get that low bf, u won't see the 6 pack. I've been on BB for long time, and have my workout and diet plans off their. If your bloated, its cause your diet is shit. BTW, most people on BB give advice for getting big and beefy, which is not what were after here.
