But it's really never too late... The whole friends zone thing is an observable phenomenon, but an ultimately bullshit one if you ask me. Most people seem to operate under the presumption that there is a threshold for sexuality... though this rings true in a physical sense, I suppose, the mentality of it all can always be resumed. It's just that you are going to have to try a bit harder to make it happen. What happens at this point is that you come to realize that it's really not worth the effort at this stage - I mean, it obviously wasn't worth pursuing too seriously in the first place, so that hasn't really changed in essence, now has it?
