Anyone here play No More Heroes? Holy crap that game kicks ass. I don't know if it's worth getting a system for (Super Mario Galaxy is for that), but if you get a Wii, get this, it rocks.
As far as motion controls go, besides Wii Sports, I think Rayman Raving Rabbids (the first one, haven't played the sequel) and Zack & Wiki (kiddy, but awesome) really nailed it with some real creative and responsive uses of the Wiimote. |
No More Heroes is way too short (and lacks just about any replay value) to be a console pusher. Still, it is an amazing game and is required at least 1 playthrough if you get a Wii.
I've got Z&W. Awesomely awesome. Don't play too long for one sitting, however.

Back on topic, are there FPS games for Wii? How does that function anyway? |
As far as I remember, Red Steel, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles and Link's Crossbow Training are all considered to be FPSs.
Functions as you'd imagine. Movement is done with the nunchuck. Point and click (B) with the Wiimote.
