during normal life, anytime after noon. but time goes completely out the window if you're on vacation.
i once cracked open a beer after arriving home at 7am on Sunday morning after driving all night. i thought it would be a good way to chill out and ease some of my tension from being in the car all night long, but it just felt wrong.

i think its amazing how different cultures have different socially acceptable "laws" about drinking. here in the US, if you have a beer before 5pm you're an "alcoholic". when i was in germany, all the students had bier w/ their lunch break in high school!
so yeah, fuck what society says about when you should or shouldn't and just go have a bier whenever you want to.
